Procedures for reporting problems or issues regarding IT systems
Any issues or requests to the local IT group or the IT department at UiB should be registered at the UiB Issue Tracker. You will then have assurance that your case gets handled (or the Issue Tracker will start escalating it), and it will be very easy for those handling your request to forward all relevant information to another group if cooperation is needed. You will also get automatic feedback by email.
Log in to the Issue Tracker using your SEBRA user account.
Within Issue Tracker, use the menu on the left, scroll down to 'Open an issue for:' and select 'Physics and tech' if you think the request should be handled by the local IT group or 'BRITA' if you think it's an issue for the IT department at UiB.
